They say the kitchen is the heart of the home - we agree! Each House and land package has available upgrades and addons such as Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, backsplashes, island configurations, and more!
What about the bathroom? Do you need an extra half bath? Do you want a larger master bath - with 2 sinks perhaps? No problem!
Would you like a fireplace? Great choice! Not only is it visually appealing, but you will definitely save on heat in the winter.
Garages are extremely important - storage, tools, bikes, kayaks, and, least of all cars! Maybe you have 2,3, or even 4 drivers in your household? If that's the case, many of our home options have additional garage space options - just ask!
Who doesn't love a deck! Almost all of our home options come standard with some kind of deck, but maybe you want A BIG DECK? If you do, we can make it happen.
Just because it's a modular home, doesn't mean it can't have a basement! And not just any basement - we use state of the art top of the line superior wall basements.
