Country Creek isn't interested in your past, we're interested in your future Poconos Property. Bankruptcies, repos, liens - you're good with us! Once the property is paid in full and in accordance with our agreement, we transfer ownership to you and, voilà - you are now the proud owner of the property.
Country Creek isn't interested in, well, interest. Interest is for banks and banks lend money. What we lend is time - time to work, time to think, time to pay, so that one day you can be the rightful owner of your own Poconos property. Remember, this is the quickest way to get the 3.5% equity you need for an FHA first time buyer loan to build a house!
This is not a typo - $500 down is all it costs to get started on your land payment plan. You're welcome to pay more if you like but that's typically all it takes to secure you Poconos Property. Our clients usually pay between $200 and $500 per lot per month; depending on their needs and plans for building in the future.
What's the catch?
